In today's society, the consequences of the gender gap are perhaps nowhere better observed than in the STEM career fields. Bridging this gap is not optional - it is necessary. The STEM fields are making some of the most revolutionary innovations to our society, and the future is just so much brighter when those revolutionizing it more equally represent those who will live in it.
At LittleLeafLearners, we are driven to help young girls reach their fullest potential in a way that appeals to them. Our interactive activities are designed to get students to engage in exercises that will help develop their visuospatial abilities. As a nonprofit organization, our goals are simply to keep little girls interested in STEM, and to encourage them to use spatial reasoning to problem-solve. By approaching the STEM gender gap at its very core, we hope to encourage more girls to study and innovate the world through STEM. Interested in our research? Find out more! |
Meet Lex & KarbiHey, there! I'm Lex, and this is my pet turtle-robot, Karbi. I come from one of Jupiter's moons, but it looks like I've been sent to Earth on the LittleLeaf rocket ship. I'll be needing your help to figure some stuff out along the way, so join us on this super cool adventure aboard the LittleLeaf.
See you there! |
